Hey everyone! I’m Cody, a native Floridian born and raised on Sanibel Island. Yes, I’m one of the lucky ones who grew up in paradise and I have a deep appreciation for our unique environment, our waters, and our small-town island community. 

After attending The Sanibel School, I went on to graduate from Cypress Lake High School, and earned my degree from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. I’m a USCG Licensed Captain, and I’ve spent years working on the waters of Captiva, Pine Island Sound, and the surrounding islands. In fact, I think I started boating before I started walking.

These islands have had such an incredible impact on my life, and the real estate industry has provided me with an opportunity to share that with others. Whether it’s boating, golfing, shelling, or just the laid-back lifestyle, we all can agree that Southwest Florida is a great place to call home. 

Fun Facts: While most of my free time is spent on the Gulf of Mexico, I also enjoy hiking the nature trails throughout Southwest Florida. You never know what you’ll see when you’re out there. I also love to surf whenever there’s a good swell here in the Gulf.
