Comparing December 2019 vs 2020

Below, is a snapshot of some of the SWFL Real Estate statistics we thought were interesting. The chart compares the month of December 2020 with December 2019 (not comparing the entire year, just the month of December). The stats include all of Lee County.

Note: The major decrease in days on market and home inventory levels tell the story of how HOT the real estate market ended in 2020 and continues to be in 2021. Homes are going under contract very quickly, some with multiple offers. Not to mention, we haven’t seen the inventory of homes available for sale this low in a long time.
