Top Selling SWFL Communities 2015

In 2015, there were nearly 13,625 homes, 4,275 condos and 3,700 lots sold throughout Lee County. The graph below shows the market trends for homes, condos and lots that were listed and sold over the course of the year. 

There are usually a higher number of properties listed than the number sold, which you can see is the case for last year as well. There were nearly 22,000 homes listed for sale between January and December 2015, and only 13,600 homes that sold during that same time frame.

Not only did April showers bring May flowers, but the Spring months as a whole blossomed the largest number of homes sales in 2015 - hovering around 1,400 homes sold per month! And, that's not even including the number of lots and condos sold during the Spring as well.

When familiarizing yourself with the numerous communities in SWFL, we find it helpful to view some of the most popular neighborhoods, taking notes on the number of properties sold and the average sales price in the community. To develop this list of Top Selling SWFL Communities, we reviewed all of the neighborhoods in the area that sold more than 50 properties last year. These communities we consider our Hot List of growing neighborhood's in SWFL.
